我今天感觉自己剧烈感冒,但是蒸了个汗蒸外加按摩跑步大出汗之后基本好了,晚上煮了个花椒葱姜羊肉面线汤,热辣滚烫好消化提高免疫力!!我吃完直接鼻子通气了。我老公有点受不了花椒太多麻嘴,吃了半碗就不想吃了,结果过了一会儿他感冒症状也消了很多,乖乖跑回来继续吃,嘿嘿。
