今天做番茄挞的时候尝了一下买的番茄,品种不好外加有点过季了味道比较淡,就在顶层额外点了balsamique醋增加味道。洋葱是之前买的品种粉洋葱,特别好吃我第一次尝过就再也不吃别的了,但是我老公不知道为啥偷摸给我用了一个,剩下的不太够我就加了红葱头一起炒焦糖洋葱酱。成品非常美味,今天也是成功大厨的一天!
