一个秋季菜谱:根茎类蔬菜切丁,混合大量橄榄油、大量香料(最好有红椒粉和蒜粉,可以加咖喱,别的随便)、意大利黑醋和蜂蜜,高温烤到有点焦斑,直接就是一道酸酸甜甜香喷喷的热沙拉。打底蔬菜可以用地瓜胡萝卜南瓜白萝卜,加上洋葱和叶类蔬菜也可以,比如羽衣甘蓝或者牛皮菜。蔬菜要削皮,不然有土腥味儿。
