毛象之前有工业吹说发酵腌渍食品在家里没法掌握质量要买工业产品才放心,拉倒吧打工人才没那么关心你吃的东西健不健康,哪怕你吃死了他们不担责任就可以了,工业制品为了保证发酵质量菌种都是单一化的缺少肠胃需要的多元益生菌,而且加了大量盐防腐,肉制品还会加亚硝酸盐,那才真的是吃了有害无益不如直接吃新鲜蔬菜肉。我反正是很怕咸吃不下去,自己做过一次就知道了家里做的味道完全不一样
