超成功，太好吃了。炒熟的一半应该用五花肉肉粒，肉馅炒的感觉有点干，除此之外完美，甜咸口充满酱香还爆汁，皮超级薄，因为今天和面忘买面粉又加水量错了被迫用的低筋粉，反而更软更好吃！！
