我老公今天忽然爆想吃炸鸡,但是周日饭店都不开门,我买了一公斤鸡翅回家用空气炸锅炸了一下哇靠超级成功,这位朋友大吃一斤撑得午睡直接昏了过去!就是生抽蚝油盐大量黑胡椒花椒粉和蒜粉百里香腌渍15分钟,裹面粉泡牛奶再裹面粉,200度13分钟中间刷油翻面,酥脆多汁飘香四溢,脆皮一点不比肯德基的吮指原味鸡差,而且新鲜鸡翅炸出来会大爆汁!!
