今晚再战蒲烧鳗鱼,买的康吉鳗中段,刺比尾段少很多但是明显脂肪含量变低了,我用的烤箱高温炙烤中间倒的酱汁,总共烤了20分钟,出来口感就有点干,皮倒是很油润。尝试拔刺未果最后还是做了千切,能吃到刺感但是吞咽没有感觉。娃一如既往捧场,我老公纤细的嘴巴实在是觉得刺感太重了吃到一半就放弃了🤣 剩了一大饭盒明天可以拿来做鳗鱼饭嘿嘿
