夏天高温好适合做泡菜,前几天拿吃不完剩下的大头菜和油菜分开加盐做了最简单的泡菜,这才不到一个礼拜已经彻底酸了,今天拿卤牛肉的汤煮了豆腐泡和豆苗加上辣椒油拌泡大头菜,泡菜太好吃了我吃完饭又单独吃了一碗!!
