Interesting comparison of health care waiting list numbers across Europe from the FT. Personally I was looking at Ireland vs Sweden.
Something that really annoys me is people complaining about Ireland without checking data on what the situation is like elsewhere. And as for those that say it is like "the third world" - it just shows how ignorant they are.
@michael_h I am more annoyed by Joe Blogs comments on this (either that they are made or are amplified). There can be real issues, but false comparisons are both unhelpful, and insulting
