Names are amazingly powerful. I was reminded in a recent interview about the time I got a project launched by changing the name. (Not Zanzibar, though I also had to rename that.)

A senior and somewhat cautious SRE at Google, well-known for saying "no" to *everything* at least once, had said that we could have a certificate revocation list over his dead body.

Spoiler: I didn't kill him

@leak There is a reason that naming things is one of the two hard problems in software engineering, alongside (as you note also ;) ) cache eviction and off-by-one errors.
