No. That mandatory education program should be part of every 1L orientation — as important as legal writing.
How to not lose your shit at such garbage is an important skill. It is so important that law schools should TEACH it, rather than simply demand proficiency.

Standards and instruction are different things.setting learning goals is not the same thing as scaffolding a learning path. It’s a prerequisite, perhaps. But it ain’t teaching.
