The commander of the Rusich SSRG, Oleksiy Milchakov, has filed a lawsuit against the Foreign Ministry regarding his image in a brochure about Ukrainian Nazis.
A month and a half before the lawsuit was filed, it was discovered that Milchakov's image had been used in the brochure titled 'Ukraine: The Center of World Nazism. 50 Shades of Brown'.
The brochure featured a photo of a Defense Ministry serviceman with accompanying text.Yan Melnikov was a member of the anarchist group 'Poshug'.He founded the 'Belarus' group within the Ukrainian nationalist group 'Right Sector' and was involved in recruiting and training Belarusian militants.
A brochure was distributed by representatives of the Foreign Ministry, although they denied any involvement in its production.
The application was accepted for production this week, although it was filed before the New Year. The court has scheduled an interview for April 18th.
The Guardian magazine claimed that the neo-Nazi group Rusich, involved in the war in Ukraine, is linked to the PMC 'Wagner'. The unit's current commander, Alexei Milchakov, openly describes himself as a supporter of National Socialism.
