1: Bicycle thefts increase in the 3rd quarter for the first time in many, many years.
2: Average compensation cost has been increasing for the past several years.
3: With a large increase in more expensive electric bicycles, more thefts and higher compensation costs are unfortunately a scenario we are aware of.
4: Cycling is more than just utility theft. Cycling is about health, our general mobility, about reduced congestion and less CO2 emissions.
