Nature, food, art, culture, must try - i'm thinking favourite hike, cycling ride, night market, snack, restaurant, home stay, art studio... anywhere on the island.
The nobodies at #g0v and the unmissable #wikivoyage have got me covered for all the usual tourist and logistics considerations :)

@riovictoire Maybe Hualien. Things just felt so much slower/less hectic on that side of the island. Something we hadn't experienced for years. I guess the only strong rec is Taroko National Park. But maybe not the best time of year. Also a big air base if you're into jets.
Not really. It is pretty small.
@poppersghost Definitely planning to spend time on the east coast. Any specific place in Hualien you loved? Toying with the idea of maybe cycling down from Hualien as well :)
