A lot of my friends are buying Oculus Quest 2s (and cables to hook it up to their computers) just because it's cheap enough and I don't know what to do, nya.

And yeah. Don't used your private wifi (if you insist, set up a proxychain or mullvad vpn on your router maybe ?) when you run windows if you don't want to be tracked.
