As it happens, I sent Boris Palmer a trick cheque for his mayoral campaign, and I used the geometrical progression of a very bad joke that originated in 1935, by geometrically progressing 𝑒𝑥 𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑒 from Halbdackel

I even reserved some space in an iron cage for Boris Palmer on the facade of Tübingen City Hall, in the tradition of Württemberg's Oppenheimer
(There are at least two movies about the Württemberg Oppenheimer, too.)
Technically, the cage is too small for a person, but with Boris Palmer being a Viertelsdackel, once you quarter him, the offending quarter would fit nicely.
