@TumorBoardTuesday @freddyeescorcia @tumor I would say you should be very liberal with tags , you don’t end up « owning » these tags or controlling them but it does help folks follow conversations across instances - and helps with discoverability … if you can just let folks know about this so the thing is more rewarding for everyone 👏🏻👏🏻

If I’m understanding — treat these aguppe groups as a bot that boosts based upon keyword that is tagged? If a person is interested in the topic, they should follow the aguppe handle. Aguppe works across servers. There can be an aguppe for all sorts of “tags” (ex: trialing here @ibd @crohns @mondaynightibd@a.gup.pe @coloncancer @breastcancer @cme )

I hopped over to my own handle to get another angle to follow.
Initially I needed to be accepted? Is this because aguppe is based on science mastodon?
I was accepted, but can’t see anything although I follow the accounts that posted the original and the aguppe.
