I want to exercise because it helps my mental health so much. I barely worked out in October then got COVID, so exercise in November was non existent. I’ve only managed 2-3 days tops each week in December. I’m a 5-6 days kind of gal.
Three weeks after COVID. Finally feeling truly back to normal today. That almost took too long, but I realize how Iucky and fortunate I am to have only had it relatively mild. And that my fatigue and loss of appetite didn’t last longer.
