I love when podcasts have very interesting guests who has own podcasts so I could expand my pod pool. Found recently this awesome guy. This episode densely packed with facts and recommendations!

For example, I've learned that humans developed music before speach. Music influence our behavior and it's innate ability - experiments show that human larv... I mean babies, yeah, babies as old as 3 month react with unvoluntary torso movements, basically dancing as good as this tiny being possible could!

Also for heavy cognitive tasks better listen to slow music, but before and in breaks, work itself better do in quiet.

Some music helps with anxiety (and experientially found the best one - Weightless by Marconi Union)

Working out? sad news, due w.o. itself music doesn't help, but as with study - before and between sets it does
