Managed to get the hire bike to work (not always the case) for a trundle up the bike path to the bike shop to liberate my bike #BikeTooter #Cardiff
…and then I pioneered a route through Cardiff and back to my home on the Vale of Glamorgan. I had spotted this set of steps and innovative bike wheel channel and thought that I’d give it a go. Reader, it was horrific. For one thing, as you might imagine, the hand rail was right in the way. For another, the channel stopped at every landing in the stairs, meaning that the back wheel had to be hoisted back into alignment. I gave up on using it halfway up, and heaved my bike up. #BikeTooter #Cardiff
@AndyLowry it did! But now I have a new route from Llandaff North outta town to the west. I’d rate it 3/10, but there were few cars.
