Nuthatch this morning in #Englishcombe, near #Bath #Somerset #UK. These woodland birds are often seen climbing up - and often down - tree trunks in search of insect food, although in the winter they also often eat nuts and seeds.

I get to see two varieties (White-breasted and Pygmy) in the front yard pretty regularly. Their behavior is lively and interesting-- even amusing at times. They're a fun bird!
