A little brag, but also advice for folks like me who struggle with weight & health: I hit a milestone today. Two years of doing a high-intensity workout every single day. I've lost 45 pounds, but I remind myself it's not why I'm doing this. Telling myself this is why I've been able to keep the daily routine. It's easy to give up when you fail to lose weight, so I do this to feel fitter. I've spent a lifetime wasting effort trying to lose weight when the solution was to focus on being healthier.
