So, a close relative in the US has had long covid (brain fog) for almost a year, and just found out he has 2 blood clots. He’s getting treated, but only after a week since he first went in, in agonizing pain. They sent him home with pain relievers even though the doc thought it was a blood clot. FINALLY got diagnosed for something potentially deadly.
I never want to hear again that US healthcare is faster than other nations’.

My dad has brain fog, I recently found out a couple of his friends do as well, and they're all on their own. Their doctors just tell them they're fine and it'll probably pass.
