So, anybody have info on what the common symptoms of XBB.1.5 are?

Seeing reports that it is both more immune evasive (escapes Abs) and has higher binding affinity for ACE2 receptors (enters the cells & replicates more easily). So both factors make it more transmissable.

Does it also change what organs are affected, the course of the illness?

Finally, seeing that people are testing neg on lateral flow tests...

So any insights from the clinic yet?

For years now I've been reading the anecdotal accounts from reddit's r/COVID-19Positive. You're not going to get any clinical data, but, enough people post about their day by day symptoms every day to get a pretty good handle on how each variant is affecting people when they first get sick.
