@BE That is true. There are some studies that are now looking at CV impact for longer time. There are several in Nature that are already showing impact even in the second year after infection.
The biggest issue in tracking effects of infection for longer periods of time is that now up to 1/4 of new cases are reinfections.
Regarding #LongCovid sufferers, a substantial number have cardiovascular dysfunction, POTS and other issues 3 years from initial infection.
