Autopsy study of 6 #COVID19 patients from Germany. Older patients (>65 years) died from cardiorespiratory failure, those younger died from haemorrhagic stroke or pulmonary embolism. Pronounced brain involvement (encephalitis, meningitis, brainstem damage).
