I'm old enough to remember being shouted down by information gatekeepers for months about Covid infecting kids tonsils.
Well.
Here's more comprehensive evidence. https://twitter.com/1goodtern/status/1598962260369559552

@Dbrauer Shutting off lights is definitely not saving the planet, but waste is waste. Hopefully our new heat pump more than cancels out my wasted energy from too frequently hand-washing dishes.
It’s rare to have any reason to be grateful for Mike Pence, but his mishandling of classified documents is one delicious occasion. I explain what this likely does to the public narrative and the calculus within the DoJ on whom to charge, in today’s piece. https://statuskuo.substack.com/p/thank-you-mike-pence-no-really?sd=pf
REVIEW: @RianJohnson@twitter.com and Natasha Lyonne deliver a brilliant fresh take on a classic genre with Poker Face.
The charming mystery drama, packed with great guest stars, debuts on Peacock this week: http://cos.lv/XVuZ50MAejX
I will never stop hounding my kids to turn off the lights when they leave the room. 💡 #mastodad https://www.washingtonpost.com/climate-environment/2023/01/24/home-appliance-myths-energy-saving-tips/

Wish we'd do more outreach and education regarding air circulation and air quality. Mitigation needs OSHA and quality of life standards like we do with legionella. https://twitter.com/MPRnews/status/1617500018914598912

Northern lights in northern Minnesota from a couple of years ago. It was a full moon that night. Vertical shot.

@abbynormative My daughter's school changed buildings for 2020-21 and focused design on good ventilation. They did free testing regularly. She wears a mask and has avoided covid to date. Some good schools exist.
@stevesilberman In Thiel's case, likely a self-own.

(I got 777 ppm based on your data plus my assumptions at 4 changes per hour.)
@surfingreg @jljcolorado @joeyfox Adding 150 ppm in an hour is consistent with good ventilation as well, but check the math if you're worried. I'll find a link.
@surfingreg @jljcolorado @joeyfox Your raw number of 688 ppm CO2 is quite low considering 20 people in the room. There is math available and calculations you could conceivably do if you search the web. But, as a CO2 meter owner, my experience suggests that 688 is a very good indoor number consistent with good ventilation.
@rhtunstall Yes, seems to be a one way connection now.
I'm not sure what our snow totals are this year, but I know how much gas I've used to blow it. Last year, I barely used two gallons. This year, I'm over five gallons already.
@georgetakei The interesting thing is that I predicted this, EXACTLY, in my 2017 post, "The Emerging Healthcare Reality Crisis"
My words of 2017 almost echo where we are today. And check the maps. They verify.

What I wrote:
There are vast sections of the population today who do not believe in science. They don’t believe in facts. They don’t believe in much other than what they want to believe in.
Their belief system will increasingly drive their attitude and understanding of their healthcare circumstances.
*Going forward, this new reality will prove to be a tremendous challenge for the healthcare system*.
....Many will die an early death.
