True story. Back in the ancient DOS days, I did computer consulting. One client had a PC that would mysteriously be dead every Friday morning - then work again Monday. Took it back to my place, cracked it upen - and it was full of dirt and small rocks. Took it out to the driveway and literally hosed it out, dried with blow drier, let it sit - worked fine on Monday.
Turns out they had a plant watering service come Thursday night, and a hanging plant over the computer was overflowing and the dirty water was pouring down into the vents shorting out the motherboard.
We moved the plant.
They made things sturdier back then.
