When producing an educational video that should get a CC-BY-SA licence, is this licence visible in all frames? Or just in the opening scene?

I think that showing the licence in the first and last frames is enough

Ah, I can put the licence in a separate layer in Camtasia on top of all others and stretch it to the very end, right?
