Soooo I threw my back out HARD and am now at the 24 hour mark of being unable to leave my bed without major pain. I have done this before but this one is a doozy. 😭 Flexeril and ibuprofen aren’t even enough to get me out of bed safely.
And I still haven’t gotten all my test results back.

Update: went to urgent care, got the good drugs, am profusely thanking both my husband and the gods of pharmacy
