UPDATE: Arizona judge denies Josh Barnett's emergency motion to reverse the dismissal of his lawsuit and scolds Barnett for using a retired attorney ineligible to practice law in AZ to prepare filings. Arizona counties must certify election results by tomorrow, Nov. 28. Cochise County has talked about delaying certification and AZ Sec. of State Katie Hobbs (D) and groups have threatened legal action if the county doesn't meet the deadline.
Watch this space for updates.
Cochise County Board of Supervisors (Arizona, of course) continuing with election denialism and threatening to not certify the election. @marcelias

Today is #TransDayofRemembrance when we honor and remember trans lives taken by violence. How horrifying that a deadly attack upon the LGBTQ+ community in Colorado Springs should occur right before this solemn day.
Hate isn’t born in us. It is taught. It must end.
This starts with our political leaders, who must cease their cynical attacks against our community before another attack occurs.
Call out the hate. Remind them of its consequences. Hold them to account.
