For those who say #casteism is dead, people are dead #caste not. Every institutions should have enough measures to prevent it
There should be at least
1. a working grievance redressal system
2. strict rules to address caste based #discrimination and its strict enforcement
3. visible campaigns against caste based discrimination
4. a strict privacy policy
5. and more..
This would've been a necessity if those who are in key position were victims of discrimination, apparently they are not.
Let's Educate the Brahmins first.
We need to devise propaganda that targets the Brahmins and aims to change their mind.
It will take a long time, but we should have it fixed within a generation or two.

But who are you gonna teach? This Dalit-Brahmin issue is a power play. Brahmins are always gonna hold on to their false sense of cultural entitlement. They don't wanna let go of their power.
Ofcourse Education is the way.
But it is too soft an approach. People don't take it seriously.
We learn in school that we shouldn't spit or pee in public. But that stuff just remains in the classroom it never leaves the classroom.
I mean you can teach them about the original version of the manusmriti but then brahmins will get pissed when they hear that their Gotra was not rooted in birth but in actions.
---------
Maybe if you create propaganda where you highlight the economic advantages of Dalits working in tandem with Brahmins.
eg-A success story of a Brahmin and a Dalit business partner.
Man is greedy. Let's use that.
