Heidi had to be put to sleep

She was hypothermic, bad liver,dehydrated & fluid in her stomach that shouldn’t be there

Was her many sleepless days to keep her safe & warm & making sure she ate or drank.
Sleeping with her in my arms in bed

I was with her until the end. Cradling her, singing & humming & telling her she was such a lovely wee thing.
Staring into her eyes as she drifted off

Having a funeral tomorrow
