It was someone saying that just because you are having a bad day, buck up buttercup, other people have it worse

Fuck that, you're allowed to have a bad day and you're allowed to shout it from the rooftops, yes, are there people struggling other than you, absolutely, could life be worse, absolutely

That doesn't make you any less deserving of help and love, and that mentality isn't going to help you
