A distinguished old gentleman left me today. Mr Kit-Kat Sir (emphasis on the 'Sir')was with me when the bank tried to evict us, when my 3 beloved dogs died in the space of 3 months. He was with me when I moved to my current home, helped me through cancer. At each hurdle, he quietly put a paw on my hand. Last night he pretty much told me he was done, I brought him to the vet this morning hoping I was wrong, but his clock ran out. So long old friend you were the very best, I love you.
