Second in my series of tutorials on how to use #Mastodon is now up. I go over the home feed, how to fill it up with interesting things using the trending feed and hashtags, and how to declutter it with lists. Let me know if you learn something you weren't aware of from this video 🙂
The #Fediverse/#OpenWeb keeps growing, so how far can a post go now? Let's try it out!
If you see it please share and/or like! I'll post stats.

Message me, see how I can help your team succeed 💬 #FediHire
Here's your regular reminder to always check where you're downloading things from. #KeePassXC 's website is https://keepassxc.org.
Do not blindly trust search results or AI answers at the top!
I’m officially #LookingForWork! Happiest collaborating on creative code 😄
Either as a front-end #Webdev, where after 20 years I know how to do wild things with css and js. I’m also good at app logic, but loooove making stuff move and sing.
I’m hoping I can find work in #GameDev, programming or design/scripting. I wrote most of the code for Spellcorked in #Playdate Season One, have deep #Lua experience, and am studying #UnrealEngine.

"Every city in the Midwest has a half-finished canal in it."
I love canals, so this makes me want to do a tour of the midwest US and its half-finished canals - and a boat tour of the *finished* canals. But I'm in Scotland so... let me do it online.

There are two kinds of productivity systems.
The first makes you feel like a more sophisticated person than you are.
The second actually helps you do the work.
We keep building the first because the second leaves us alone with the rather terrifying idea that it's actually up to us...

Bipartisan bill in Congress includes $130 annual EV registration fee
Politicians say they want EVs to pay "their fair share for the use of our roads."

When @lweiss.bsky.social@bsky.brid.gy and I were planning our recent trip to southern Spain, I had one top priority for our time in Seville, and now I can reveal that we accomplished it.
We've come to an icky time in security when the concern about using outdated, unpatched software starts to become overshadowed by the fear of downloading some backdoored update.
After 52 years on the road, something new is always exciting! We're just getting started here at Mastodon. Follow us for pics and news! America loves you, classic rockers! #americaband
Behold a seven-segment clock display ...
... that runs pneumatically
it alternately sucks in and then releases the segments, so they appear as divots in a rubbery surface
very organic!
