@maxboot You're not telling the whole story. He has at least one child now, and was worried that events could somehow separate him, an American, from his Russian-born child. I don't blame him. He can't go home because he is in danger here more than he is in Russia. It's a sad thing that the US has no room for whistle-blowers, who are real heroes in my mind.
