@lauren @neurovagrant , he was the lead engineer on tesla power plants, and if you ever watch his discussions of the development of the Raptor engines, you can see he knows his stuff.

@lauren @neurovagrant , he is a good engineer, and like many good engineers, he has limited ability to understand humans. Their advantages, and their disadvantages. To compound the issue, I strongly suspect he is more than slightly autistic. Trump, for all his faults, isn't autistic, just immoral, or sociopathic.

@w7voa , I would expect the State Dept to deny such a story. I doubt it happened, but I think the USA and Norway are perfectly capable of doing such, and have done far worse in the past.

@Naich @asociologist , far anyone still not understanding, stop teaching your kids they are going to be killed if they go to school. You are commiting an insidious form of child abuse. Don't even tell them sports will kill them, but do insist they wear protective gear, because that is the #1 killer on schools, and far more injuries happen than deaths. Don't scar your kids with that either. Just teach your kids how to think, so you don't start thinking murder is OK.

@Naich @asociologist I desire we become better strangers. Good people do not even ask the question "what is good about murder." Even thinking that question indicates you are a bad person. Have a nice life, away from me.

@RitchieTorres , please reconsider. Right now he is a very public face of the GQP, and could remain such for years. Just leave him to be that face, and point him out again and again, and how the rest of the GQP (except Romney) thinks he is just fine.

@Naich @asociologist , fact: The number one killer of students on schools in the USA is sports. Fact: The safest place in the USA for a child is a school. Opinion: that we are causing kids great harm by teaching them to fear schools, and telling them to expect to be shot to death at any moment, and practicing active shooter drills.
