When I first came to mastodon, I liked the idea BUT FOR THE LIFE OF ME could not understand what, if anything, was going on.

Every day all the wonderful diversity teaches me something #noob. We can not know everything and everyone [cries of shame/refund from the back] but the wondrous ...

- People, free and easy and feisty too
- no agendas, ads, unhinged billionaires, religious fanatics ... unless you like that sort of thing
- Different. It is different. AND it does work.
