tl;dr: AGPL, but with an LLC and copyright assignment alongside it.

Meanwhile, I've managed to get basic SQLite3 support working for #writefreely: https://blog.ur.gs/testing
Code is linked to in that blogpost. I had to batter a few things to get it working, but surprisingly little overall.
