@carolski I *love* those moments (really miss them now that I’m retired!). Other faves: Why the sky is blue and sunsets are red; how soap works. The latter was just a 10-minute aside in one class that I had forgotten about, but at the end of the year about a dozen of my students mentioned it in the “one cool thing you learned this year” section of my feedback form 😊
