@ajscorp69 the best thing about the civic agencies in India (sarcasm) it seems, is that none of them talk to each other. Each one's busy doing their own thing. Everyone's winging it at this point!

@NehaKhazanchi oh yes. Each agency had their scouts out to see fresh work being done so that they can go out and destroy it. Been seeing it for ages now. Whichever state it may be.
