@_sg_L@scicomm.xyz while Obsidian has a bit of a learning curve, I really like it. But it’s simpler in its UI than Evernote, which I’ve also used. I think Obsidian is much better over the long haul, and the Sync feature allows mobile and desktop functionality at very low cost. Check out the On The Reg podcast from @jasondowns and @thesiswhisperer where they go very deep on it. That’s where I got my introduction to Obsidian, and it was very helpful.

Best additions to my toolbox? connectedpapers.com and paperpile.com. Connected Papers helps me find articles associated with a topic of interest based on a single title - great to build out a literature review! Paperpile is the easiest reference manager I’ve ever used + it connects to both Google Docs and Word!
