@evelyn Yeah I saw similar policy. I had a manager who would just put off approving my time off and sometimes I had to ask him repeatedly to do it. Kek in 2020 when a lot of people did not take their time off and wanted to do it in December the board was like: “you can’t all be off for Christmas”. People were not able to carry more than 5 days to next year, so a lot of them got fucked really badly
