As one ages the bodies weaknesses expand, injuries accrue, you.. that ache and niggling pain that never seems to go.. the way cuts and bruises take longer to heal..

It's the same with emotional trauma.. I am sure that there must be exercises that one can do that aids recovery and build resistance from the emotional scarring we get over a lifetime

I believe learning to meditate effectively and doing so regularly (daily) may be one method to recover from such trauma.
