@Paulos_the_fog @pensionpython I've talked to a few too. I'm from Canada. There's a lot of misinformation and misunderstanding in the US about how public health systems operate. Yes, we (Canada) have higher taxes, but when you look at the costs for private insurance there -- we've got a better deal. And it's almost unheard of (there are exceptions) for anyone north of the border having to mortgage their home and go into debt to get care.
