Likewise UK touring artists remains where they were on playing in Europe (not impossible but more difficult than it used to be), with the EU rejected UK's requests for a bespoke deal on touring artists.

And, while the EU is happy to allow UK firm to enter the procurement process for defence in the EU, the Uk will need to sign the usual 'third country' agreement to do so
