@patrickcmiller I think most responses could be handled by a simple email. While many organizations may 'delay' reporting to the SEC, many fewer would lie on a direct enquiry.
@Pjcoyle curious to see how the SEC handles it. If this becomes a thing, I wonder how many reports would be bogus or inaccurate. It would be easy for ransomware groups to DOS the SEC by causing an overload of cases to review.
