Okay, a gripe before I go out and enjoy the sunshine.

The other day, I heard a story about reusable shopping bags and how they are generating profits for grocers. The reporter talked to a college student who “recently tossed 175 reusable bags — collected via grocery delivery and in-store shopping — that were piling up”. She thinks the grocery stores aren’t doing enough:
"To the retailers, I just honestly, I would like to say you need to focus more on the environment," said Bishop. "Not everything is about profit."
The grocery stores aren’t doing enough. Jesus Fucking Christ.
Nowhere in the story is it suggested that the reporter asked the folks if maybe they could stop being so goddamn stupid. I’d like to ask the same of the reporter.
