The Road Safety Authority has learned nothing from the criticism over the last year. Their strategy continues to be diametrically opposed to national transport policy and is actively scaring people off the road instead of making them safer.
And An Garda Síochána aren't much better as they continue to put the responsibility on people cycling when it is the people driving cars that are doing the killing and maiming. As if people cycling aren't aware of the dangers!
